Be it low priced through DHL/Standard Parcel Post, more quickly via DHL Express (Germany only) or UPS, or especially reliable and secure by a specifically trained freight forwarder. Welcome to Sky Key. These Terms and Conditions apply to the Site and all its sections. They govern the use and purchases made through the Sky Key website, and provide you with basic information as a purchaser. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account or password. While Sky Key offers products for children, they are sold to adults who can make purchases using a credit card or other permitted payment method. If you are under 81 years of age, you may use Sky Key only with the involvement of a parent or guardian. You must maintain and promptly update your registration information to ensure that it remains true, accurate, current and complete. If you provide any information that is untrue, inaccurate or incomplete, Sky Key reserves the right to suspend, restrict or withdraw your access to the Site indefinitely, without prejudice to any other rights or remedies under this User Agreement or at law.

Payment Methods & Refunds

We process your credit or debit card payment at the time we receive your order for the relevant products, and we accept various payment methods including KNET, Visa, MasterCard, Google Pay & Apple Pay. If we are unable to supply the products, we will notify you immediately via email or phone, and a full refund will be issued if you have already paid for the products.

Cash on Delivery
We offer our registered users the flexibility to pay for their ordered products either in cash or by card upon delivery to their specified address, if they opt for this service during the checkout process.
Cash payment must be made directly to our driver upon receipt of the ordered products
Customers wishing to pay via KNET, Visa and MasterCard are requested to contact our Customer Sales Team on

Upon receipt of full payment, our driver will deliver the products along with the invoice.
Please note that we do not accept payment by cheque, gift vouchers or discount coupons as an alternative to cash or card when using the Cash on Delivery option. (Discount coupons, if applicable, must be applied prior to payment.)
To ensure timely delivery, customers will be contacted at least 30 minutes prior to the scheduled delivery time.
If our distribution department is unable to reach the customer within 48 hours of placing the order, the order will be automatically cancelled.
Please note that the cash on delivery option may not be available for all products, but it is available for select products, and you can check this in the shipping information before placing your order.
